Mark Reynolds, principal of Mark Reynolds IT Consulting, has over 30 years of continuous experience in the Information Technology industry, supporting hundreds of businesses and organisations over the years.
During the the 1990s & early 2000s, Mark set up and maintained servers and entire networks and supported thousands of people at several departments of Adelaide University and most of Adelaide’s major hospitals such as the Royal Adelaide, Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth, Women’s & Children’s, Wakefield, Lyell McEwin, Flinders, and Frome Road Medical School.
Mark has also set up IT infrastructure and assisted staff both in their general computing needs and the development of in-house software at establishments in Victoria such as VicHealth, AAA Tourism, and the Melbourne Convention & Visitors Bureau.
With particular expertise in networking and remote communications, Mark has supported many people that he has never met face-to-face working in places that he has never been to – most notably for personnel working for companies with a presence in remote locations such as the mining industry.
With such a great deal of experience under his belt, Mark is able to provide a consultancy and support service to clients who do not have the benefit of in-house IT staff, bringing a considerably greater depth and breadth of experience than is able to be provided by others offering IT assistance to the small to medium business sector.
More importantly to those who need help now, Mark provides urgent help to many businesses both large and small, professionals, home-based businesses, and many ordinary but special people who need to get the most out of their computing resources in a modern age which is so dependent on information technology.
